Welcome to CleanDrop – Cleaner App! These Terms of Use ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, describe the rules and conditions for using the app. Please read them carefully before continuing.

Agreement to Terms

By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please discontinue use. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. License to Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app
  • Use the app for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized activities

2. Data Collection and Use

We may collect limited technical and usage data, including:

  • Device model, operating system version, and diagnostic information
  • Anonymous interaction data related to cleaning and optimization features

All collected data is anonymized and used solely to improve performance, stability, and user experience.

3. App Functionality

The app is designed to help optimize your device by:

  • Cleaning junk files, cache, and temporary data
  • Identifying duplicate or unnecessary media files
  • Freeing up storage space and improving device responsiveness

You are responsible for reviewing items before deletion. We are not liable for data loss caused by user actions.

4. Subscription & Payments

Some features may require a subscription or in-app purchase.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal
  • Payments are processed securely through Apple's in-app purchase system

5. Updates

We may release updates to improve functionality, performance, or introduce new features. Continued use of the app after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app.

7. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated or if fraudulent, harmful, or illegal behavior is detected.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes will be resolved under the appropriate jurisdiction.
